NICK'S LAGUNA BEACH- CHAPTER TWO (DINNER)

Nick's is one of our favorite places to go for lunch in Laguna Beach. Today we decided to go for an early dinner (Baby Back Ribs served after 4pm). Nick's offers upscale casual dining in a fun atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the food consistently good


Sweetie Pie started off with the Fried Deviled Egg appetizer- An amazing Nick's original, that has become a 3 Tubby Tummys favorite. Her mother ordered the Fish Tacos; another favorite of ours. Alaskan Halibut and Chile Crema sauce make these the best Fish Tacos around. I decided to try the Baby Wedge Salad. Nick's Baby Wedge is BIG! It's made with Chilled Iceberg, Buttermilk Blue Cheese, Tomatoes, Onions, Cracked Pepper and Smoked Bacon. I'm usually not a big salad fan, But Nick's Wedge is the best. I finished every bite!


For her entree, Sweetie decided on her favorite Nick's dish- the Chicken and Noodle Salad with Thai Peanut Vinaigrette Dressing. Her mother chose the Baby Back Pork Ribs- tender and succulent meat with Nick's tangy House BBQ Sauce. I ordered Nick's Hickory Burger- with Bacon, Cheddar Cheese and Hickory Sauce on a toasted English Muffin. It's really a great burger; and Nick's Seasoned Fries make the perfect accompaniment.


Tonight's Nick's dinner gets three thumbs up from the 3 Tubby Tummys!
