Sweetie Pie informed me that California eggs are now safe, and that Las Brisas uses only California eggs. So we decided it was time to head down to Laguna Beach for another all-you-can-eat bargain Breakfast Buffet. We arrived early (8am) and were seated at a very nice table with a great view. Our server was pleasant and very attentive.

We started at the made-to-order Omelet station, where they have three Omelet chefs who keep the line moving and who make great Omelets. I had mine with Bacon, Sausage, Ham, Chorizo and Cheese. They also have a wide selection of veggies to chose from. Then we went on to Eggs Benedict, Beef Enchiladas, Bacon, Sausage, Spinach Quiche, Tortilla Casserole. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious.

Next round we moved to the Waffle Station, where the waffles were coming out fresh, hot and crispy. We chose from a selection syrup, butter and fruit toppings. Whipped Cream was also available. Then to the Bread Pudding and Rice Pudding table. We chose the Bread Pudding, topped with their great Vanilla Sauce. We just love their Bread Pudding. We finished with a plate of fresh fruit.

Today's Las Brisas Breakfast Buffet gets three thumbs up from the 3 Tubby Tummys!
